Display driver stopped responding and has recovered problem during pokemon x

Issue:
Display driver stopped responding and has recovered problem during pokemon x and Omega ruby , i open citra and i play about 5min normal or more … once i go into a battle the screen freezes and a notification pops up saying :“Display driver stopped responding and has recovered” , the FPS drops to 0 then to 50 again.
this happend to me multiple times in pokemon X and Pokemon Omega Ruby.
PLS HELP

i just enabled the accurate multiplication

but it didn’t work and actually my fps dropped to 0 real fast adn the bug happend again , here is the screen and the new log file

please help i already deleted citra multiple times and reinstalled it , i really want to continue playing pokemon x , thanks for assisting !

Download and install the latest driver available for your GPU from intel’s website.

You don’t have the latest driver installed, here’s a link:

note that it requires the Windows® 10 May 2019 Update before you can install it.

ah , i just saw your reply … actually when i last dropped the citra_log my computer rebooted itself mid-game (while playin pokemon x ) and i thought something was weird , since my computer can longer update the windows , i guess i’ll have to format my Pc after ALL … thanks a lot for the great support !
