Issue: so ive downloaded some dll files and placed them in the sys32 file and realized that does not help then deleted them then went to the citra faq downloaded the redist x64 bits still didnt work what am i supposed to do??

what dlls are you referring to? upload your log.
it seems like this is an issue with your PC rather than with citra, search online for your error messages and how to fix them.
try downloading the media feature pack for windows 10 or the more specific version if you are using windows 10 N or KN.
my pc always says that is there a way to fix it ?
Like the poster above said, you need to add the media feature pack to windows. Windows 10 N and KN did not ship it with the existing install. Be sure you install the one for the version of windows you are on. There was a link in the previous post that lead you right to that.
