Does loading from a save state count as soft resetting in Pokemon Sun

Does loading from a save state count as a soft reset? It would make shiny hunting wayy easier

It doesn’t matter how you reset your game.

basically, soft-reset means playing from last in-game save… and hence the save-states won’t count as soft-reset

Yeah but for shiny hunting it doesn’t matter if you do a “reset” by shutting down and restarting the console/emulator, quitting and restarting the game, using the key presses (A+B+L+R or whatever it was) or if you load a previous save state.
The game doesn’t build up a chain or counts how many time you actually “reset”, the chance of the Pokemon being shiny is always the same each time you encounter it.
