Does my pc supports pokemon moon?

my pc has:

inter core i5-2500 cpu 3.30 GHz, 4GB of ram and 64 bits. my pc support it?

Not without a graphics card I’m afraid. The i5-2500 has Intel HD 2000 GPU which only supports OpenGL 3.1 natively on Windows and Citra requires OpenGL 3.3. If you buy for example an Nvidia GTX 1050 and plug it into your motherboard’s PCI-Express slot, install the drivers for it you would be fine.
