Don't starting the game (error 9 )

Issue:
I want to start any Pokemon game, but there is an error which do not let my open/starting the game.
I get the error 9 which says that the initialization failed and something with renderer_opengl.cpp

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium
    processor: Pentium (R) Dual-Core CPU T4400 @ 2.20Ghz 2.20Ghz
    *Systemtype: 64-bit
  • Citra Version (found in title bar):

Your OpenGL version is too old for Citra. You have OpenGL 2.1, and Citra requires OpenGL 3.3.

You will need to get a new GPU, or in your case, a new laptop.

Thanks for your help.
But what happens when I’m downloading the newest opengl?
Can I do this?

Because I do no have any experiences with pcs and laptops.

OpenGL is not a thing you can download. It’s integrated into your GPU.

hey i have an aspire VX 15 with intel core i7 (650 maybe) and geeforce 1050 gtx and i am not able to run ANY games, so i thought that you maybe knew the reason?

and it supports openGL 4.4
