Downloading errors

Issue:
While I was playing Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask, I tried to download some Daily Puzzles, but it resulted in an error message saying that an error has occurred.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 11
  • CPU: Intel i3
  • GPU: Intel
  • Citra Version (found in the title bar): 1800
  • Game: Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask

Diagnostic Log
Upload your log file as an attachment by dragging & dropping.

No game was booted in your log. If you are experiencing a crash then do not open citra again until after you posted the log as it gets purged when you reopen citra.

Citra cannot use online capabilities that involves connecting to Nintendo’s servers.
