I’ve just installed Citra on this computer, but i’ve got only 70-80% on Ferebuy region. If i set my resolution lower, the speed doesn’t increase. I’ve arleady tried to install new drivers and the quality improved. I’ve seen olders dual core i3.

AMD GPUs(Radeon) struggle with OpenGL on Windows unfortunately, there is not a lot you can do since you are on a laptop you can’t really replace it(would need like External GPU connected with Thunderbolt 3 which I doubt you have, and with that kind of money you could build a pretty good gaming desktop PC )
You could try dual boot Ubuntu. Drivers on Linux are better for OpenGL for AMD GPUs if you wanna give that a try.
How can I install Driver and OpenGL on linux?
