same as before, for your log to contain the issue information do the following, open citra, launch the game, reproduce the issue (play until the cursor and text problem occur), close citra and don’t open again at this point, open the folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Citra\log and upload the citra_log.txt file again.

Try turning off Hardware Shaders in your settings.

the issue is fixed but the game runs on 8% speed

This is one of the problematic GPUs.

You can try update the drivers as they are a bit out of date according to: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600
The ones you currently have are from January while the latest are from September.

If it didn’t help I think this one of the few Intel GPUs that would benefit from the “AMD hack”: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra/pull/4042
However this hack is now only applied on AMD GPUs since Nightly-861 so if 860 works with Hardware Shaders enabled then we will know that’s the case.
