Issue:
Hyho ^^ I need to Dumb my system files for using Mii’s on Citra but my PC does not have a SD Card Reader but my Laptop have one but i dont want to play on my Laptop. So my Question is. Can i move Citra with an USB Stick or a External hard drive to my Laptop to what i have to do and move it back to my PC ?

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
You don’t need to move Citra.
Dump your system files on your 3DS, put the SD card into your laptop and move them onto your USB stick. Then put the USB stick into your PC and move the files to the correct location.
So if i read these correctly dumping means i must have the game on my ds ? I just downloadet a rom cuz i dont have the game xD Or did i understand something wrong ? ^^
