I wanted to report a problem I have with my citra emulator and its games. I’ve tried looking everywhere for solutions, but can’t find a concrete one. I hope you can help me.
When I start a game in the emulator (Pokemon X) the image freezes and immediately the FPS drops to 0. This seems strange to me because I had been playing normal and this problem had not happened to me.
I really don’t want to lose my game because I was already quite advanced.
In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.
We’ll need to see a log file of the crash/freeze. Use the guide that the bot posted above this comment. Let us know if there’s something you don’t understand.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
Furthermore, because your iGPU has driver bugs, you’ll need to use an older version of Citra in order to prevent random freezing and crashing from occurring until you upgrade your hardware:
Download citra-windows-mingw-20191214-ddb7ead.7z from Release nightly-1392: Merge pull request #5020 from jroweboy/dynamic-mf · citra-emu/citra-nightly · GitHub
Extract it using Winrar or 7zip. Put the extracted folder anywhere you want. Now run citra-qt.exe from the folder and run your game.
