Emulation > Configure Doesn't Exsist

I want to play multiplayer, but the Citra I downloaded doesn’t have a Configure tab at all in the Emulation tab. My Windows version has the normal option but not my Mac.

I’m physically incapable of that because I don’t have a configure tab available to me

On macOS it should be under Citra menu, or click the Apple symbol(not sure).
