In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File
No game was booted in your log. If you are experiencing a crash then do not open citra again until after you posted the log as it gets purged when you reopen citra.
For more information, see How to Upload the Log File
The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:
- Open Citra, then go to
File>Open Citra Folder(Citra>Open Citra Folder if on MacOS) and open up the
logfolder. Now keep that open in the background.
- Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close Citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart Citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
- Now upload the log file in this chat.
it says the log is too big for uploading
Processor: Intel(R) Core™ i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
Try zipping the log file and upload it that way, or use something like Google drive.
Please try without the use of save states. If the issue persists, upload a new log file.
Is there any way to solve the problem, while using save states?
I think the problem is caused by the save state, so no. Save states are not a replacement for in-game save files, as they are a lot more unstable over time. It’s best to only use them within single gaming sessions, to ensure their stability.
Thats mostly what happens I have used the same file two different processors (1 good 1 bad ) it will not crash but just not handle the information sometime what can help make sure its got full access on settings and nothing else is running
