Please make sure that you’ve followed these steps to the letter: How to Upload the Log File
It currently looks like you didn’t set the log filter correctly in step 1.

This is what it looks like because it’s already set to info. Also instead of launching, it launches in the background.

Please launch citra-qt.exe, not citra.exe

I am launching citra-qt and when I open task manager, it’s in the background, not in the apps that are running. Also the installer doesn’t boot either so I had to manually install it.

Do you have any third party any virus software installed (anything other than Windows Defender)?

Not that I know of. My school regulates my computer so they might of installed something but when I talked to them they said that I didn’t need third party antivirus and that Windows Defender is good enough.

Hmmm, if it’s a school device they may have locked appdata to prevent students from having full access. In which case, we can try a portable build so that appdata isn’t touched:

Go to Download Citra - Citra and select Manual download. Then under Nightly Build, click on your operating system’s icon to the right of the latest build available to download the build.
Extract it (.7z can be extracted using Winrar or 7zip) and put it where ever you wish. Inside the extracted nightly-mingw folder, create a folder called user. This Citra should now store all of its config, save files and such inside of this user folder.
Check to make sure that this user folder is in the same folder that contains citra-qt(.exe)
Now run the citra-qt executable found inside of the mingw folder.
