Error after a update on Smash Bros 3ds v.1.1.7

Issue:
I downloaded the latest update for the game, along with the dlc, the game worked perfectly before I installed these files. Now every time I try to open the game it appears ‘’ Citra has encountered a fatal error, please see the log for more details ‘’.

The problem is that my log file is empty, so I have no idea what might have happened.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit
  • CPU: Intel Core I5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 420
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra Canary / HEAD-bae4b4b
  • Game: Super Smash Bros 3Ds
