Go to File>Open Citra Folder
, then delete the shaders
folder found here. Now try your game again.
If I delete the folder it still closes, I updated my card’s driver, still nothing

Does this issue also occur on OpenGL? Or only on Vulkan? If it only occurs on Vulkan, what game are you trying to load?
If it is only Vulkan, try opengl and it does let me run the games and I tried 2 only Mario Kart and Animal coosing
I installed the drivers and turned off textures and the game is still not loading
