Error installing CIA files

Issue:

After installing a CIA file (in this case Fire Emblem Fates: Special Edition (USA) it shows as a 000000001.app file on the emulator. Any advise?

Redump your game, make sure that you have at least 4GB free space on your SD card and that you are using the latest version of GodMode9 or threeSD.

can you help me to fix this problem?

Redump the file. Make sure you are using the latest version of GodMode9 or threeSD and that you have enough free space on your SD card.
