#2

Citra requires opengl 3.3 ,you could try updating your graphics card drivers

#3

Oh boy, that’s a integrated Nvidia chip from 2007. It’s 10 years old.

There’s no way this system is going to run Citra. You have to buy a new GPU.

Your iGPU is too old for Citra. It only supports OpenGL 3.1, while Citra requires 3.3. Unfortunately, you will need to buy a new laptop (if you are using one right now), or buy a dedicated GPU if you have a desktop.

I’ve encountered the same issue.

My PC is running with an GTX 1070 but citra some how decides to use an graphic processor thats called “GDI Generic”, welp. Why doesn’t it use my main graphics card lol

#7

You don’t have any drivers installed for your GPU. Get them from Nvidia’s website.

#8

I had. I’ve reinstalled the same version and it worked then. Citra took the most recent video device e.g. my virtual graphics card for my virtual machine I had running.
