Error when trying to launch game

Error pops up when I try to run the game. I’m new to this so I don’t know the best way to explain it.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Home
  • CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i3-8100 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
  • GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
  • Citra Version (found in title bar):
  • Game: Super Mario Odyssey
  • Screenshot of Issue (include the full Citra window including titlebar):
    I don’t have a screenshot, do I need to get one? I thought I couldn’t open the program again or else I would have to change the file or something.

I simply changed the tag attachted to your topic to the appropriate support tag so that the Yuzu Support people know that you need help. You’ll just need to wait until someone comes to help you :slight_smile:

Depends on when they have time. Could be couple minutes, could be a couple hours, could be a couple days. Though usually it’s within 24 hours as far as I’ve seen.

Does this have any risks like lost data or anything? Also I can’t watch the video for some reason.

The video works and there are no risks of losing data or anything.
