Error with "Secure1 KeyX missing" and "Secure2 KeyX missing" while attempting to launch an installed game

Issue:
Installed a .cia game file, but the “Installed Titles” directory doesn’t appear. Checked the logs, and it is an error with “Secure1 KeyX missing” and “Secure2 KeyX missing”. How can I fix this?

Sounds like a bad dump. You’ll have to redump your game. Please refer to our Game Dumping Guides:

Make sure your GM9 is updated to the latest version available and that you have enough free storage space available on your SD-Card to perform the dump.

Make sure to dump cartridges as .3ds files and installed titles as .cxi files. That way, you don’t need to install them and you ca nuse them directly.
