Issue:
I thought I was free of problems with this game but unfortunately not, now when I click continue to open my save the game is on a black screen but I can still hear the sound of the game please help me with this I would be very grateful

Well, we can stop Windows from doing that. First, update to the latest driver again:
To update, download and install gfx_win_101.2121.exe
from Intel® 6th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows

in the option to hide updates which of these options do I choose?
