every time when I play a game in between it comes Microsoft visual c++ runtime error:

As far as I know, this issue only occurs on windows 7 and 8. Upgrading to windows 10 seems to fix this. I’m not sure about any other fixes.

Try install these runtimes:
If that doesn’t work, try turn off Accurate Multiplication, then Hardware Shader (if the first isn’t enough).
If neither works then your only option is to upgrade to Windows 10 which you can easily do by downloading the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft’s website.
