Everything related to citra isn't opening

Issue:
Hi, I’m experiencing some issues with citra: everything was working fine until this morning, but now everything citra-related won’t open. I tried to uninstall every citra file from my pc to reinstall it, but not even the citra setup is opening… Everytime I try to open it, the setup is not responding, just like citra was doing before i uninstalled it.
Help?
