Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

Do you have any discrete GPU or do you only have integrated graphics? Usually laptops with QM CPUs come with a discrete GPU like Nvidia.

i have Nvidia as well I think

You can check under Display adapters in Device Manager to see what you have.

Yeah It was Nvidia. Hope it helps

Go into Nvidia Control Panel and in Manage 3D settings, set Preferred GPU to Nvidia.

While you are there, set Power management mode to Prefer maximum performance.

You might need to update the drivers: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/145874/en-us

It wouldn’t let me update Intel drivers but it is letting me update Nvidia drivers. Also I tell Nvidia to restore so I can use the Nvidia processers but it goes back to the other almost right away

Is my computer too weak?

Nvidia driver updates are installing now

If you also want to update your iGPU (Intel) follow these steps:

Download win64_15.33.50.5129.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29473/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-33-?product=81499
direct link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29473/a08/win64_15.33.50.5129.zip

then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

I hope that fixes it

I finished installing Nvidia now installing the Intel ones you think this will do it?

Restarting computer now fingers crossed

Going to find out soon

It is doing this now it is just stuck on this screen then it is shutting itself off again.

Upload a new log please.
