I have updated Citra, yesterday to 1740 and today to 1741, but the error persists. When I load a ROM, it works fine. But when I load the saved state, I get to see the point were I left the game but it doesn’t respond to the keyboard controls nor the mouse, I can’t do anything.

Windows update manager only gives you the last “stable” drivers. Which are just drivers that have been tested to be solid for stability’s sake. That doesn’t mean you’ll actually get the best or latest drivers.
