Fantasy Life Eye Color Bug Still Present

Issue:
The compatibility page for Fantasy Life says “Several layers of sprites are not rendered correctly, notably eye colors, however this affects very little about the functionality of gameplay. Both color selection in character creation and eye colors themselves render as black. (This was fixed in nightly builds)”. I’m using the latest nightly build but this issue is still present for me.

Update: I tried playing the game on the latest canary build (1970) and the issue is present there also.
