Fantasy Life, frequent crashing. Audio stops then crashes shortly afterward

Issue:
Hi, I have an issue where my fantasy life will have audio stop, then it will crash afterwards. It seemly happens randomly and i have tried a few fixes on the forums already. Its isn’t really game breaking i just use save states to get around it but it is annoying, so i was wondering if anyone could help me. If it helps the speed will remain at 100% but the frame-rate will drop to 0 and the frame delay will drop to 0.
