Issue:
Hi can you anyone help with this. I’m having trouble playing fantasy life game. It’s been a long time since I last played and after a few updates the game just keeps on getting stuck at black screen after the character selection or sometimes it just stuck up on character selection if I don’t pick quickly.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.
  • The CPU Clock percentage is not 100%. You may experience unexpected game speed.
  • You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.

I tried disabling the cheats but still encountered the same problem

Make sure to disable cheats and restart Citra afterward. Otherwise the cheats remain active. You should also enable Shader JIT in Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced Tab.

If you keep experiencing freezing issues, you should also set the CPU Clock Speed back to 100% in Emulation>Configuration>System.

Thanks !! I got pass the character selection and loading screen after. I’ll monitor if it’ll re-occur in the long run.
