Issue:
I’m trying to play mario & luigi rpg: paper mario mix(KOR) but the fatal error message pops up everytime. I’ve decrypted it to 3ds file. All the other korean roms are running fine.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
- Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
Enabling Accurate Multiplication didn’t do anything.

Are you using any sort of ROM modifications?
I’m not sure what you mean by ROM modifications, but I only used ‘Batch CIA 3DS Decryptor’ to decrypt the cia file. Nothing else. Every other roms I have works fine using this method.
It’s recommended to dump your ROMS decrypted in the first place, but leaving that aside for now:

Some parts of your nand seem corrupted. Not sure whether your ROM is causing the issue, or something else is caused it. Did you already play for a bit, or was this the first time you ran this ROM?
It’s the first time I ran this ROM. Nothing shows on the screen. Just black screen with fatal error pop up.
Try a portable citra version. That way we can see if the crash was related to something in appdata:

Extract it using Winrar or 7zip. Put the extracted folder anywhere you want. Inside the extracted nightly-mingw folder, create a folder called user . Now run citra-qt.exe from the folder and run your game.

Same error. I guess it’s just the ROM file that has the problem…

Probably. It would be best to redump your game. Make sure you have enough space on your SD-card.
