Please disable your mod and see if the error persists. If it does, upload a new log file.

Hello, i already tried without the mod but i still get the error

I’ve been playing for 30 hours and I haven’t had a problem but i get the fatal error after this cutscene.

Hmmm, lets check a portable Citra build:

Download citra-windows-mingw-20200511-d11d600.7z from Release nightly-1543: Merge pull request #5225 from FearlessTobi/port-3672 · citra-emu/citra-nightly · GitHub
Extract it (.7z can be extracted using Winrar or 7zip) and put it wherever you wish. Inside the extracted nightly-mingw folder, create a folder called user. This Citra should now store all of its config, save files and such inside of this user folder.
Check to make sure that this user folder is in the same folder that contains citra-qt(.exe)
Now run the citra-qt executable found inside of the mingw folder and run your game (this version should not have your save data).

The version I use is already the one I downloaded via this link.
I deleted it and downloaded it again. I tried to play the game with the user folder but i still get the error with and without the mod. :confused:

Please upload a log file using the portable build (make sure that the user folder is present as I’ve instructed earlier).

Hmmm, I’d suggest a redump. Please refer to our game dumping guides:

Dumping Game Cartridges
Dumping Installed Titles

Make sure your GM9 is up to date and that you have enough free storage space available on your SD-Card to perform the dump.

Im not sure to understand what i have to do, i do not have a 3ds im playing on PC

Yes, but before you can play your games on Citra, you are required to dump them from a hacked 3DS. That’s the only legal way to obtain ROMs for usage in Citra. That’s what the guides are for. They help you with the dumping process.
