Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. Support for Intel® Graphics
  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
  • Please enable the Vsync option if you are experiencing screen tearing.
  • The CPU Clock percentage is not 100%. You may experience unexpected game speed.
  • System configuration block 0x110000, 0xE0000, 0xE0000, 0xE0000, 0xE0000, 0xE0000, 0xE0000 appears to be corrupted. Please attempt the steps outlined in our FAQ https://citra-emu.org/wiki/faq/

Please try the steps lined out in our FAQ page about the config block. Regardless, there is currently little to no point in running the 3DS home menu as Citra does not support launching anything from it.
