Fatal Error, Reinstalled... now I cant replay game

I tried to open up citra after a few hours of not playing, and all of the sudden I am receiving a fatal error… I thought it would be a good idea to uninstall Citra then reinstall the program… and I even tried following this tutorial [youtube link below] to help me out, but nothing as helped. Im stuck, confused, and beyond frustrated at this point… and now I dont have the log anymore, as it is blank.
