Fatal Error When Launching Pokemon Ultra Moon

Issue:
Whenever I try and start up Pokemon Ultra Moon I get a dialog that says “fatal error occurred” and just a blank black Citra window. The ROM is supposedly decrypted so I’m not sure what the issue is.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • CPU: Intel i7-8700K
  • GPU: GeForce GTX 1071 Ti
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Nightly 1369
  • Game: Pokemon Ultra Moon
