Fatal Error while booting Persona Q2

Issue:
When ever I try to open Persona Q2 and only Persona Q2, it displays the “Fatal Error” screen. On the main Citra menu, it says that it is “Not Tested” and I even made a copy of the file and decrypted that one with the Batch Cia Decryptor.
