Diagnostic Log
Upload your log file as an attachment by dragging & dropping.
citra_log.txt (13.1 KB)

In order to save a copy of the log, follow this guide:
https://community.citra-emu.org/t/how-to-upload-the-log-file/296

Go to Emulation>Configure>Graphics and disable Preload Custom Textures. You do not have enough RAM to use this.

OK, so I turned it off (only for this game, rest works fine) and still crashes. Log:
citra_log.txt (15.6 KB)

Ah, but now it’s crashing for a different reason:

Go to File>Open Citra Folder, then delete the shaders folder found here. Now try your game again.

Sorry for the holdup, I didn’t get notification. Here’s the new log:

citra_log.txt (7.6 KB)

I deleted folder and opened the game like two times. Still dosen’t work…

By the way I am using newest citra Canary (2545). I don’t know if it changes anything but wanted to specify.

Hmmm, it’s crashing on that line… Can you try running Citra as an administrator?

If that doesn’t work go to Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced tab and disable the Disk Shader Cache.

As admin, with Disk Shader Cache turned off:
citra_log.txt (6.4 KB)

It’s crashing right at where Citra usually loads caches, or custom textures. I’m not sure what’s happening here. I’ll ask internally if someone else has an idea on how to help you with this.

Thank you very much. I’ll be waiting.
