Fire Emblem Awakening DLC Not Installing

Enter a description of your issue here, in full detail.
I would like to play my legally purchased DLC on Citra, but when I dump my DLC files like the guide tells me to and try to install the .cia on Citra, Citra tells me that the file must be decrypted before use.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that my Godmode9 is on the latest version.

This is a known issue with this game’s DLC unfortunately. It requires janky workarounds to install correctly, and even once installed, there’s a bunch of other issues attached to it. We need a dev to look into it.
