Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

The game has a lot of shaders so enabling Disk Shader Cache would help with that. Don’t expect to be buttery smooth even with that though.
If you don’t care about fancy combat animations you could turn them off in the battlefield options and just let the sprites fight directly on the field.
