Fire Emblem Fates Special Edition EUR is not loading

I installed a DLC cia for Fire Emblem Fates Special Edition but I can’t get past the loading screen. How do I uninstall this cia?

You can delete DLC by going to the 0004008c folder and delete the folder with the game’s ID. You can get there for example by right clicking on the game in Citra (assuming you have added a game folder) then Open Save Data Location then move up to the title folder. You will see 0004008c there.
