FPS drop and stuttering in zelda albw

#1

i’ve been trying to play some zelda a link between worlds with my laptop.
the emulation speed is fine but it stutters a lot when i do something like beating enemies or going through screens and its really annoying. my pc can run it fine even on x3 resolution but no matter what i try, the framerate keeps dropping.

It sounds like shader cache stuttering, unfortunately there is no fix for that right now, it may even occur on high-end systems although less pronounced.

you can try to minimize it by unchecking “Enable Accurate Multiplication” and “Enable Geometry Shader”.
