Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from NVIDIA’s website. Official Drivers | NVIDIA
  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
  • Please enable the Vsync option if you are experiencing screen tearing.

i lagging a lot with all my 3ds game i don’t know why, when i play with another a WII game or ps3 game its not lagging but juste with citra its lagging/

First of all, go to Emulation>Configuration>General and select Reset All settings.

After that, update your GPU driver to the latest available: GeForce Game Ready Driver | 526.98 | Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11 | NVIDIA
Your current driver is quite old.

Lastly, that game specifically requires an older Citra build to run well:
Download citra-windows-mingw-20200511-d11d600.7z from Release nightly-1543: Merge pull request #5225 from FearlessTobi/port-3672 · citra-emu/citra-nightly · GitHub
Extract is using Winrar or 7zip, then launch citra-qt(.exe) from the extracted folder and run your game. It should run pretty decently now.
