Fps drops to 0 on loading ROM

Issue:
Yesterday when i was playing Pokemon X, it was working perfectly with a great fps , but it was crashing regularly, every 10 minutes or so. Today when i try to play as soon as the ROM loads the fps and speed drop to 0% and it doesnt work and citra freezes.

System Information

  • Operating System: Wndows 10
  • CPU: intel i5 core series
  • GPU: Intel HD 4000
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Nightly 1690
  • Game: Pokemon X

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

i updated my drivers and restarted my system, now the fps is still zero but the speed is at 100% and goes up even to 800% if i increase it, can hear the audio but fps 0
