FPS gain from GT 1030 to GTX 1050ti

I’ve been testing Mario Odyssey on Yuzu latest release on a low-end system with these specs:

  • Intel core i5 3470 (3.4GHZ on TurboBoost)
  • PNY GT 1030 2GB DDR5 Low Profile
  • 12GB RAM

After applying some configurations (async gpu, undocked control) and low-end mods (shaders, 2x lower resolution, low-end mod, etc.) I’m getting between 30-40fps. My question is, would it make a difference upgrading to a GTX 1050ti 4GB Low Profile? I know I need a better CPU and that the emulator relies more on it, but I’d like to know an estimate of how many FPS would I gain if I upgrade the GPU.

Thanks in advance

Thank you Bot, no log needed here

Some games will, but not the majority.

Mario Odyssey for example? How many FPS would it increase approximately?

I can’t say, I would need both cards to test. But the difference will be quite small, you will do better to focus on CPU and RAM performance.
