Frame drop down when I charge my laptop

Frame dorp down linked to state of charging:
I have been using citra for a month on my laptop and it seemed to be doing fine: on canary I could reach a velocity of 400-500%. Today when started charging my laptop, the speed dropped down to 100%. When I disconnect the charger the speed goes up. Now i changed some of my settings trying to solve the problem and it got worse: 150-200% of speed when uncharged and 90-100% of speed when it’s charging.

Please check your windows power settings, when charging. You should be able to press on the battery icon somewhere right on the windows bar and select a power mode. You have probably a power saving mode activated while charging.

Actually I dont. My Windows settings are on “best performance” when charging and on “balanced” when it’s not

Well, you do have Hardware Shaders and Shader JIT disabled for some reason? Those both help increase performance, and are on by default. So I’m not sure why you disabled them. Since I can see you changing random settings later in the log file, it may be best to just reset your settings:

Go to Emulation>Configure>General and select Reset All Settings.
