Freezing bug : re

It is still the same issue as before, a freezing screen with visual bugs seen before the freeze, solved both previous times by reinstalling the GPU driver

This is more of a post for answers that could solve the problem for longer than 1 or 2 days

System Information :

  • Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Famille (64 bits) ; Version 21H2 (10.0.22000)

  • CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i5-1035G1 CPU @ 1.00GHz 1.19 GHz

  • GPU: Intel® UHD Graphics

  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Nightly 1872

  • Game: Alpha Sapphire

  • Additional info: Tried before :

    • Deleting shaders file => did not work
    • Reinstalling GPU driver => did work for 1-2 days
    • It is “fixed” but it always comes back, meaning I have to reinstall the GPU driver each time to solve

The log file indicates that your drivers are up to date. Does reinstalling the driver fix the issue for a while every time you do it?

Yes it does, but it happenned soon after the 2 times I fixed it (this is the third time I do this to solve it, so I expect the bug to come back)

It doesn’t seem to happen anymore, so I’ll put it as fixed, but it might come back any day
