Freezing on pokemon us, OR and AS

Issue:
Started back using citra recently and after i play a while on any of the games it tends to freeze, you can hear the sound of the game playing in the background still but its stuck on one frame, games like Omega ruby and ultra sun that i’ve beaten and worked fine before now giving issues also

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Please enable the Vsync option if you are experiencing screen tearing.

This driver is outdated, you need to update.

Download and install igfx_win10_100.9466.exe from: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30381/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers

If you can’t update to 9466 right away, downgrade to 6373 first.

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.

Try without Hardware Shader. You can disable it in the Advanced graphics settings in Citra configuration.

disabling the hardware shader didn’t work sadly

basically gets stuck like this u can still hear the audio playing and i can still select keys but stuck on one frame

You could give redumping a shot, make sure you have enough free space on your Nintendo 3DS’s SD card (preferably 4GB since Sun & Moon games are like 3.5GB each).
