Frequent FPS drops in DQM Joker 3

Several months ago I played DQM Joker 3 with minimal issues, but now I’m getting frequent game stalling when moving the character around.

Yeah this is a regression with the CoreTiming changes, you can try underclock Citra in the system tab to like 20% or so but it can cause crashes or use this build until it gets fixed:

Download citra-windows-mingw-20200511-d11d600.7z
Extract it with like 7-Zip:
Open its citra-qt.exe.
