Just to add this to hopefully not get ignored again but obviously I never got this working and haven’t played on citra that much since but it seems controls are also not saving correctly because I’m having to reset them up every time which is when this starts happening it worked once on kid Icarus then never again
Did you try manually selecting the second window and pressing the full screen hotkey? If a screen isn’t selecting the foreground, hotkeys won’t work.
yes but it seems to be something with the controls themselves because i’m having to reset them everytime i open citra and after trying it on a whim even the hotkeys which seems to be the reason why it wasn’t working after setting the main controls
Update to the latest Citra Nightly build, then go to File>Open Citra Folder, close Citra, delete the config folder found here, and then restart Citra. See if the issue persists.

Do you have any third party anti-virus software? Anything other than Windows Defender, basically.
No I don’t use any other antivirus besides windows defender
