FYI, purge shaders if you upgrade to newest EA versions

Title tested on: Xenoblade Chronicles 3 1.21

Sometime within the last week or so after upgrading from a recent EA to the latest EA, I noticed my compiled shader count drop from around 30,000 to around 9,500 (according to the “loading shaders” dialog)

At the same time, performance dropped inside colony locations from ~55fps (60fps wip8 patch) to 20-25 fps. I also noticed that no new shaders were being built.

Clearing out the shaders restored performance. YMMV.
