Game even open if controller is conected

Issue:
I have a generic controller i bought in a random shop near my house.Last night i used it and all went ok with citra.but this morning for some reason the emulator even open if the controller is conected
May it is intentional?why?
System Information

  • Operating System: windows 10
  • CPU: Not sure if it really matters,preffer only share if necessary
  • GPU:
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): i tryed Citra 1513 and 1390,both don’t work
