Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
The CPU Clock percentage is not 100%. You may experience unexpected game speed.
Go to Emulation>Configuration>System and set your CPU Clock Speed back to 100%. Now start your game again and see if the issue persists. If it does, please upload another log file.
In your opening post you mentioned “save file”, however, your log file is making me think that you perhaps meant “save state”. Am I correct in assuming this?

Please try loading your normal in-game save file. Does the same error occur there? If so, please upload another log file without the use of any save states.
if i start the emulator the game always resets so i have to load a save state
so everytime i close citra my save state is just deleted
there’s no error when i just start playing without loading a save state but it won’t save so it doesn’t make sense to play like this

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. Downloads for Graphics
Please enable the Vsync option if you are experiencing screen tearing.
Ignore the bot about the drivers. It’s a bit dumb when it comes to older iGPUs.
Because your iGPU has driver bugs, you’ll need to use an older version of Citra in order to prevent random freezing and crashing from occurring until you upgrade your hardware:
Download citra-windows-mingw-20191214-ddb7ead.7z from Release nightly-1392: Merge pull request #5020 from jroweboy/dynamic-mf · citra-emu/citra-nightly · GitHub
Extract it using Winrar or 7zip. Put the extracted folder anywhere you want. Now run citra-qt.exe from the folder and run your game.
Maybe there’s an issue somewhere in your regular installation of Citra. To rule this out, please try out a portable build:
Go to Download Citra - Citra and select Manual download. Then under Nightly Build, click on your operating system’s icon to the right of the latest build available to download the build.
Extract it (.7z can be extracted using Winrar or 7zip) (.tar.gz can be extracted natively on MacOS) and put it where ever you wish. Inside the extracted mingw folder, create a folder called user. This Citra should now store all of its config, save files and such inside of this user folder)
Check to make sure that this user folder is in the same folder that contains citra-qt(.exe)
Now run the citra-qt executable found inside of the mingw folder.
