Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.
Open shaders folder then delete the opengl folder if it’s there
Emulation->Configure... then click on Graphics on the left
Click on the Advanced tab and turn onAccurate Multiplication
The Disk Shader Cache currently has a bug when Accurate Multiplication is turned off causing it to slowly load all shaders from zero every time you start the game and makes the precompiled cache extrememly large + the RAM usage skyrockets until you crash.

Here’s my log report and the game I’m trying to run is Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. The game loaded up fine but then when I click and dragged the window to make it bigger, it was fine. Then I stopped the game and then tried to load the game again and the citra emulator will now give me a black screen until it doesn’t respond and then I have to force quit the program. This is a bit off topic but the same exact thing happens when I try to run the Dolphin Gamecube emulator.

If this problem isn’t specific to Citra, there is more than likely something wrong with either your GPU driver, or perhaps your display technology. If you have G-sync enabled on your display, try turning that off and see if the issue persists. If it does, reinstalling your drivers after a DDU might be a good idea.

Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.
[ 140.496415] Core <Critical> core/core.cpp:Load:293: Failed to load ROM (Error 1)!
This usually indicates a badly built ROM. Which commonly occurs when people attempt to apply a patch to a ROM, such as a randomization or ROM hack. If that is the case, please check whether the base games functions as intended.
If that is not the case though, you’ll need to redump your game. Please refer to our game dumping guides:
No game was booted in your log. If you are experiencing a crash then do not open citra again until after you posted the log as it gets purged when you reopen citra.
